Weekly Training Commitment

In general:

  • Junior athletes: 2–3 sessions per week

  • Senior (18+) or experienced athletes: 3–4 sessions per week

Session Content & Training Focus

Session content is adapted to suit each athlete’s stage of development and performance goals. Sessions may include a combination of:

  • Hurdling and sprint training

  • Speed and speed‑endurance development

  • Plyometrics

  • Biomechanical assessment

  • Strength and movement efficiency training

  • Competition preparation and support

COACHING FEES

2 options available; group training or personalised one-on-one sessions.

Group Training: $400 per training period, payable in advance. Fees are charged 3 times per year, aligned to the following training periods:

Jan - May (Major Competition Period): $400 (16 weeks @ $25 per week)

May - Sept (Preparation Period):  $400 (16 weeks @ $25 per week)

Sept - Dec (Juniors: School Competition/Seniors: Pre-Competition Period):  $400 (16 weeks @ $25 per week)

Private sessions: starting from $80

Club Membership

Athletes are encouraged to be members of either Doncaster Athletics Club or Doncaster Little Athletics, though membership is not essential. Non‑members may be required to pay an $80 training fee to the Club, which covers insurance, gate access, and venue costs.
