Murray Harding is a highly respected high‑performance track and field coach with a distinguished background as a national‑level athlete and a proven record of developing athletes to succeed at the highest levels of sport. His coaching portfolio spans Hurdles, Sprints, Middle and Long Distance, enabling an integrated approach to speed, endurance and technical execution.

Murray has coached athletes to National and International competition, including Victorian record holders, National Championships, and Commonwealth Games representation.
