Murray Harding is a highly respected high‑performance track and field coach with a distinguished background himself as a national‑level athlete and an established record of developing athletes to succeed at the highest levels of sport. His coaching portfolio spans Hurdles, Sprints, Middle and Long Distance, enabling a truly integrated approach to speed, endurance and technical execution.
Murray has coached athletes to National and International competition, including Victorian record holders, National Championships and Commonwealth Games representation. His athletes consistently progress through performance pathways, underpinned by technically precise coaching, evidence‑based programming and a strong focus on long‑term athlete development.
As a Level 3 accredited coach across Hurdles, Sprints, Middle Distance and Long Distance, Murray brings deep technical expertise and performance insight to every athlete he works with. He coaches across all levels of the sport, applying high‑performance principles to help athletes maximise their potential and perform when it matters most.
Murray is a Life Member of Doncaster Little Athletics Club and Doncaster Athletics Club, reflecting his long‑standing commitment to excellence, athlete development and contribution to the athletics’ community.
