WHAT is PHAST ?

PHAST - Performance Hurdling And Speed Training is a performance‑focused squad dedicated to optimising performance run by head coach Murray Harding.

Specialising in hurdling, speed development and endurance training - including middle and long‑distance running, PHAST supports athletes to build strong foundations and maximise performance.

In a positive, supportive and inclusive environment, Murray expertly offers his guidance, support and coaching by individually tailoring training plans according to the athlete’s own goals and ambitions.

Located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, Murray trains at local facilities around Tom Kelly Athletics Track (Doncaster Athletics Track).
